1. Who we are

AuraFlags is a self-knowledge platform offering informational psychological and cognitive tests. You can reach us anytime at hola@auraflags.com — the same address handles privacy requests.

2. What data we collect

AuraFlags doesn't require sign-up or a user account. The data we may process is:

  • Your test answers — generated and processed in your own browser to show you the free result.
  • An optional name or nickname you type in to personalize your experience (we don’t verify identity).
  • Your email and name — only if you choose to purchase the full report, so we can send it to you.
  • Basic technical browser data (language, device type) needed to display the site correctly.

3. How and why we use your data

We use your answers and contact details exclusively to: (a) calculate and show you your result, (b) process payment for your full analysis, and (c) generate and email that personalized analysis to you. We don't use your data for advertising, build commercial profiles from it, or sell it to third parties.

4. Who we share your data with

To operate the service, we share strictly necessary information with external providers acting as data processors:

  • Lemon Squeezy — processes payment and, as part of checkout, receives your answers (as scores) and your email address.
  • Resend — delivers your complete PDF analysis by email.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — generates the personalized content of your analysis from your results; it does not receive identifying data such as your email.

5. How long we keep your data

AuraFlags has no database of its own: your answers live in your browser during the session and, if you purchase the analysis, travel once to our providers to generate and deliver it. We don't keep a history of your results or answers on our servers. Further retention depends on each provider's own policies (for example, transaction records Lemon Squeezy keeps for tax and accounting obligations).

6. Your rights

If you live in the EU or a jurisdiction with similar protections (GDPR or equivalent privacy laws), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. Since we don't store your answers, in practice this mainly concerns your purchase and contact data. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hola@auraflags.com and we'll respond as soon as possible.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

AuraFlags doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. We only use the technical mechanisms strictly necessary for the site and the payment process to work (for example, those Lemon Squeezy may set during checkout).

8. Minors

Some of our tests (such as those aimed at high-school-age teens) may be answered by adolescents. In those cases we recommend the presence or supervision of a responsible adult. We don't intentionally request personal data from minors beyond what's strictly necessary to display the test result.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. If we do, we'll update the date shown at the top of this page. We recommend checking it periodically.
