1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using AuraFlags (auraflags.com) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
2. What AuraFlags is
AuraFlags offers self-knowledge tests (psychological, personality, cognitive, and vocational) with a free result and, optionally, a paid full analysis generated with artificial intelligence and delivered by email as a PDF.
3. Informational nature — not a clinical service
AuraFlags tests are informational self-knowledge tools based on recognized psychological and educational models (for example, Bowlby and Ainsworth, the Big Five / OCEAN model, the CHC model, Holland's RIASEC, or Gardner's Multiple Intelligences, depending on the test). They do not constitute a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or any other kind of diagnosis, do not replace evaluation by a qualified professional, and do not determine definitive abilities or limitations. Important decisions about your mental health, education, or career should be made with the guidance of appropriate specialists.
4. Using the service
You don't need to create an account to use AuraFlags. You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to compromise its security, and to provide truthful contact information if you purchase an analysis (so we can deliver it correctly). Some tests are aimed at a teenage audience; in those cases we recommend the presence or supervision of a responsible adult.
5. Purchases and payments
The full analysis is a paid digital product, processed through our payment provider Lemon Squeezy. Prices are shown before you confirm your purchase. Because this is digital content generated and delivered almost immediately and personalized to you, once the analysis has been generated and sent it can't be refunded, except in case of a technical error attributable to AuraFlags (for example, not receiving the email with your report). If you have any issue with your purchase, write to us at hola@auraflags.com and we'll sort it out.
6. Intellectual property
AuraFlags' content (text, questions, design, brand, logos, and the generated analyses) is protected by intellectual property rights and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell the site's content or your report without prior written authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
AuraFlags is provided "as is". We do our best to make results useful and to deliver your analysis quickly, but we don't guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor that the results will be accurate for your particular situation. To the extent permitted by law, AuraFlags will not be liable for personal, academic, professional, or any other decisions made based on test results.
8. Third-party services
To operate, AuraFlags relies on external providers (payment processing, email delivery, and AI-based content generation). Use of these services is also subject to those providers' own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is shared.
9. Changes to the service or these terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and update these Terms of Use, at any time. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
